How a turn goes
You argue first
Chat sits beside the map. Most borders move because someone talked a neighbour into it, not because of a roll.
Then you roll
Annexations are 2d6 and everyone watches the number land. There is no hidden combat table behind it.
Then you paint
You draw the new border yourself. The brush caps at size 13, so wiping a continent takes several turns and a lot of nerve.
